Paulo Galvão

I was born in Benfica and was baptized on 1 January 1967, at the Church of Our Lady of Amparo — a symbolic date: the Solemnity of Saint Mary and also World Peace Day, established by Pope Paul VI in the same year. Perhaps that is why peace and faith have always been fundamental pillars in my life.

I have been married to Leonor since 21 May 1993. We were married at the Church of Santa Maria, in Sintra, and we have three children — two girls and a boy. They are my four great passions and the main reason I am who I am today, both as a man and as a professional.

I started working at 15, and at 19 I was called up for compulsory military service, during which I served as a Second Lieutenant in the Azores archipelago. Later, I graduated in Organizational Psychology from Universidade Lusófona and became certified as a Life Coach by We Create, while working in human resources consulting.

The most defining professional experiences were the eight years as Account Manager at Rank Xerox and the eight years as Corporate Consultant at Optimus.

In 2011, I joined the Schoenstatt Movement, where I am part of the Men's Branch of the Restelo Shrine. It was along this path of faith and formation that I discovered my Personal Ideal — a central element in the way I live and work.

In 2014, I embraced entrepreneurship. I began that journey linked to digital marketing, and today I dedicate myself fully to the real estate market. I am a Lead Agent at KW Lead, in Restelo, where I find true purpose in helping people make dreams come true and navigate important transitions with safety and confidence.

In 2025, I received with humility and satisfaction the Platinum Award, an honor given to consultants with the highest production volume at KW. This recognition is reflected in many success stories lived with my clients — always with closeness, professionalism, and dedication.

I regularly take part in BOLD training, a demanding KW program that allows me to stay aligned with the best practices in the sector and continuously strengthen my ability to serve with excellence.

On 9 January 2021, I was confirmed at the Church of Our Lady of Fátima by our Cardinal-Patriarch D. Manuel Clemente — in an intimate but deeply meaningful celebration.

I currently live with my family at Quinta das Camareiras, in the parish of Carnide, in Lisbon. And every day I continue to make my personal and professional life a reflection of the values I believe in: faith, integrity, commitment, and service to others.
